I get really irregular periods like once every two, three or four months I never know when it's gonna come. I have horrible acne around my chin, jaw, mouth, area. I also have terrible insomnia. I was wondering if this sounds like a hormone imbalance and what I should I do. I'm 20 by the way. Also I don't know if it matters but I was anorexic for most of my teen years so I rarely ever got my period then so my mom says I just need to give it time and everything will level off or just gain weigh bc I'm 107 lbs and 5'5.
