1) Is it an oil based serum ?

2) will it suit a combination skin ?

3) Is it to be applied only during the night ?
Couple of days back , i ordered Soundarya gold serum from Forest essentials ( online )I think its oil based and should be applied in the night.when i started using it , i discovered tiny milia on my face the following morning. i dont know wot to do with the rest of the bottle.
Any suggestions ? ( btw, my skin is pretty gud without any acne problem .my age is 29 )

Also i want to know if the following TONERfrom Vedic line contains alcohol
